ABOUT OUR PROGRAM
WHERE WE ARE LOCATED
Pick-up and drop off for School-Linked is at the southwest "Grade 2" doors of Westmount Elementary.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE BUS RUN FROM 7:30AM - 8:21AM & 3:00PM - 4:00PM.

Before school care is provided from 7:00am – 8:21am
Our before school program students are provided time and assistance for completion of any homework or reading, and unique learning opportunities based on their interests. When time and weather permits, fitness/outside time allows students the opportunity to stretch their muscles before heading into the classroom. Note that we do not provide breakfast.

After school care is provided from 3:00pm – 6:00pm
Students are provided a nutritious after-school snack and the opportunity to stretch, move and reconnect with friends prior to working on their classroom-assigned homework. Our team is available to assist and guide the students in completing any homework assignments, and/or at-home reading. Fitness and/or outside time is an important part of our program, alongside a distinctive learning curriculum based on the student’s interests.

ANNUAL FEES (fees are listed for 2025/2026 school year)
ANNUAL SUPPLY & REGISTRATION FEE = $100.00
​
FULL-TIME (includes before & after school care) = $475.00 per month
PART-TIME (includes EITHER before OR after school care) = $375.00 per month
DROP IN (2 – 4 days per week, before and/or after school care) = $35.00 per day
PD / Flex Days are $25 per day (new 2025/2026).
Drop in students are now required to commit to a minimum of 2 days per week.

SIBLING DISCOUNT - A 10% discount is applied to the monthly fees for the second(+) child's registration.

PLEASE NOTE: SCHOOL-LINKED STRATHMORE (WESTMOUNT ELEMENTARY) IS A NUT-FREE FACILITY.
PD DAYS & FLEX FRIDAYS
What a great way to spend the day! The School-Linked program offers full-day “camp-style” programs for all Professional Development (PD) and Flex Fridays throughout the school year.

PD/Flex Day programs run from 8am - 4pm. PD / Flex Days are $25 per day.
​
School-Linked offers an exciting line-up of activities, crafts, special guests, theme-days, outside / fitness time, games, and much more to keep our students engaged, active, and learning outside of their normal classrooms.
Registration is required for each PD / Flex Friday.

TEACHERS CONVENTION
School-Linked is excited to provide a full-week program in February during the GHSD Teachers Convention.
​
Program dates and times:
Teachers Convention: February 17 - 20, 2025 8am - 5pm
​
Program cost is FREE to full-time registered School-Linked students.
Program cost for all other registrants is $50.00 per day.
CLOSURES
We will be CLOSED on all statutory holidays. As well as Christmas break (December 20-January 4), Easter break (April 3-April 12), National Truth and Reconciliation Day (September 30), and two days for staff to partake in Professional Development: May 15 & January 16. We will also be closing early on Halloween October 31 @ 5:00 pm.

Upon receipt of your completed registration form, our team will be in contact with you to arrange for your deposit and payment.

Payment is accepted by cash, cheque, or e-transfer.

Monthly payments must be received before the first day of the month to ensure a spot for your child.
